It's super easy to get started - just follow this link and enter your details. As soon as you've entered your information, you'll have the option to book in a setup call with the Haystack team. This is a quick 30 minute call with your Talent Delivery Manager, who'll work with you to get an understanding of your hiring requirements and set you up for success on Haystack.

We offer both pay per hire and bespoke hiring packages. Our bespoke hiring package is based on your hiring objectives. For existing Hired customers, we're committed to matching the cost of your Hired subscription when you transition.

Candidates on Haystack get access to both our mobile app and web platform so they can either browse on the go or discover opportunities via their desktop. From there, candidates will be matched to your live roles, they'll be able to discover your company profile and will be able to respond to your direct outreach.

All candidates are sourced via inbound channels such as advertising, community referrals, SEO and events.

All companies are assigned a Talent Delivery Manager. Their role is to ensure that the candidates you're sourcing are highly relevant and responsive and they're on hand to help you manage the hiring process and provide market insights.

Companies on Haystack Pro are assigned a Customer Success Manager. Their role is to help you get the most out of Haystack and are on hand to offer guidance, support and strategic advice.
