What was your experience of Haystack?
We have been a Haystack partner since 2021 but really started seeing traction and results when we started using their sourcing tool Headhunt. Headhunt enabled me to view and contact techies who were the best matches for my roles based on tech stack, seniority, location, and salary.
What results did you see?
As a recruiter, I discovered new candidates who weren't on our radar and was able to review CVs, make initial contact and move candidates into our recruitment process. We’ve made our first hire through Haystack. Oussama joined Waters as a Software Engineer working out of our Wilmslow office. This is a great result as the tech scene in the North West is so competitive and tech talent is hard to find - particularly those who aren’t active on LinkedIn like Oussama.
